The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many sudden changes to our normal way of life and our typical ways of conducting business. We are all navigating through uncharted waters as best we can right now. Kathy’s Custom Stitchery Ltd continues to monitor the situation closely and is taking additional precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.
Kathy’s Custom Stitchery Ltd is prioritizing the health and safety of our employees, customers and their families at this time. We plan on returning to full capacity as soon as this virus is contained and we are told it is safe to do so by the Government, City Officials and Health Care.
Our dynamic team and our dedicated customers are what drives our business. Our responsibility and commitment to our people is why we have chosen to take abundance of caution as we navigate the COVID-19 situation. We are hopeful that these challenging times fighting Coronavirus will come to an end, but in order to reduce the spreading, let’s choose to be safe, and not sorry. Our actions can save lives, so we ask you, with sincerity, take social distancing very seriously, and let us get through this together.
Our team will continue to work remotely from their homes and are happy to assist, as needed. Please reach out to them for information on promotional product and any questions or inquiries.
I will be working within the store for time being as we have product that is complete and can be picked up or I will drop off and leave at your door. But please call the office first and make arrangement for payment by credit card or charging. We have double doors before you enter the show showroom. As well as placing orders and doing pricing as per request through emails or phone calls.
